The New England Partners in Recovery Consortium
The Partners in Recovery initiative is run by the New England Partners in Recovery Consortium made up of seven local organisations.
Members of the Consortium include:
- Anglicare Northern Inland
- The Benevolent Society
- Billabong Clubhouse
- Challenge Community Services
The Consortium is lead by RichmondPRA, which employs a PIR/NDIS Transition Manager and 2 PIR NDIS Transition Project Officers.
Support is available across the New England and North West NSW region.
PIR and NDIS Transition
New England PIR has been operating in the region since 2013.
We are continuing to provide care-coordination support to existing PIR participants and will also be supporting current participants to:
- Find out more about the NDIS
- Test their eligibility for the NDIS
- Apply for an NDIS Individual Funded Plan
- Connect PIR participants to services to achieve their goals.
Partners in Recovery is not accepting new referrals from 30 June 2016.
If you or the person you are supporting is not a PIR participant please refer to the Recovery and NDIS Resources page for information on services that may be able to provide support.
Getting in touch
If you are an existing PIR participant or family member/carer or service provider of a current PIR participant you can contact us to discuss Partners in Recovery and NDIS transition support.
